The Arizona Rural Health Office (part of The University of Arizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health) and the Rural/Frontier Women's Health Coordinating Center (part of the Arizona Association of Community Health Centers), have joined together to convene the Arizona Rural Women’s Health Initiative Council. The Council is a statewide advisory committee to analyze, evaluate and think innovatively about rural women’s health in Arizona.

The Council is structured into a statewide group and regional sub-groups. Fill in and submit the Membership Application Form. You will be contacted to determine what effort you want to join. Fax completed forms to Jennifer Peters at (520) 626-8716.
